Advantage Sales and Marketing (ASM) is a dynamic organization and the clear Sales & Marketing Agency leader within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. ASM's Summer Internships are paid programs. Advantage Sales and Marketing Internships provide candidates with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest, and the opportunity to pursue potential placement within one of ASM's many career paths. The overall goal of the Internship Program is to allow the candidates to display work ethic, valuable characteristics, and key skills to help us determine the potential for future employment within the Company, although there are no guarantees for continued employment. Internships are offered in the following areas:

Sales
Marketing
Retail
Category
Management
Legal
Other departments upon request

To be eligible for an internship at Advantage Sales and Marketing, applicant must also meet the following qualifications and requirements:

Applicants must be attending an accredited, four-year degree-granting institution or an accredited Graduate Master's or MBA program
Applicants must be senior status or graduated previous year
Applicants need to have a minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be working towards a Business or Business related major including, but not limited to, the following: Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Category Management, Business Management, Retail Management, Economics, or Political Science
Applicants will be required to submit at least two personal letters of recommendation
