In July of 2002, ASM joined with GSP de Mexico because of the contiguous proximity to Mexico, the existence of NAFTA (The North American Free Trade Agreement), and the significant presence of ASM's USA customer base, including Wal-Mart, Costco, and HEB.  GSP also provides services to Central America.
