Pangallo is Vice President of Client Services at Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM).
Pangallo has more 24 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, beginning with Rosaurers Food Stores in Spokane, Wash. where he served in many positions including Stock Clerk, Checker, Front-End Manager and Store Manager.
Pangallo also has a depth of experience in sales leadership, holding sales positions at Pepsi Cola and Panco Limited. While at Panco Limited, he served as as Vice President of Sales. In 1988, Pangallo joined Crown/BBK in Southern California which was later acquired by ASM in 1996.
Since joining ASM, Pangallo’s leadership and dedication have provided the foundation for the profound growth the non-foods client teams have experienced during his tenure. Pangallo has been responsible for the overall success of ASM’s client portfolio and the development of client teams that deliver results above expectations for our strategic clients. Pangallo has led the charge in building what has become the industry standard for a client alignment process with scorecard results and continuous improvement.
Pangallo is currently responsible for leading a client-focused leadership team that increases efficiencies, builds effective partnerships, develops client strategies and provides market insight into brand strategies. His division’s client portfolio includes: Energizer Holdings, Jarden Entertainment, Rubbermaid, Wyeth, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Church & Dwight, Alberto Culver and many more.
