Dean Gray

Vice President, Client Services

Dean Gray is Vice President of Client Services at Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM).

Gray has more than 24 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, including various management positions with Procter & Gamble and Borden.

In 1990, Gray joined Crown/BBK in Southern California which was acquired by ASM in 1996. Gray was responsible for the grocery and perishable divisions which experienced tremendous growth during ASM’s national expansion.

More recently, Gray has been responsible for the overall success of ASM’s client portfolio and the development of client teams that deliver results above expectations for our strategic clients. Gray has led the charge in building what has become the industry standard for a client alignment process that scorecards results and offers continuous improvement.

Gray is a committee member of the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Frozen and Refrigerated Association and was formerly president of the Southern California Food Brokers Association.
